The input exposure with the girders made, I scanned the scene for what it could tear black holes in, when a subway train thundered by, a girl in the window, and my shutter finger twitched without my reflection, much less careful framing, the result demonstrating how spontaneity can separate photography from some other visual media. Separately, the creepiness and nightmarishness of this train perhaps taking an innocent to hell provide some viewers, like me, a punch.
